Refund policy
Last updated: 2026-10-28.
This policy explains when you can get your money back for a paid postmoderno plan or a wallet pack. It restates what our terms of service say, and the terms win if the two ever differ.
Who handles refunds
Paid plans are sold by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for every order. Paddle takes the payment and issues every refund, to the payment method you used. Paddle's own refund policy also applies.
The rule
Payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it, Paddle's buyer terms provide for it, or our terms promise it: the cases below. We give no discretionary refunds or credits, including for unused time on a subscription or unused wallet money. Nothing here limits the rights consumer law gives you, including remedies for a service that is faulty or not supplied.
14 days to change your mind
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason, and get a refund, taxes included, within 14 days of your notice. Your plan starts as soon as you pay, at your request, so the refund is less a share for the days you had it. If it began with a free trial, the 14 days run from its first payment. Your workspaces return to the free plan.
To withdraw, use any of these:
- the withdrawal button in Paddle's customer portal, reached from the "Manage subscription" link in your order confirmation email or at paddle.net
- a refund request at paddle.net
- an email to hello@postmoderno.io with your account email and order date
After the first 14 days
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays in place until the end of the period you already paid for, and that period is not refunded. You can cancel any time in Paddle's customer portal, which the billing section of your panel opens.
We refund the unused part of the current period when:
- we lower the limits of a paid plan you hold and you cancel because of it
- we make a material change to the terms and you cancel before it takes effect
- we stop running the service before that period ends
Nothing here limits a refund you are owed under the law of the country where you live.
Wallet packs
Wallet money bought in a pack is not refunded, and whatever is left expires 12 months after the account's last purchase of a pack. Within 14 days of buying a pack, a consumer can withdraw and get back the part of its price matching the money it added that is not yet spent; once all of that money is spent, the pack can no longer be withdrawn from. If a pack is refunded, or a bank reverses its payment, the money it added is taken back from the wallet, even if that leaves the wallet below zero.
If we stop running the service, or we ourselves close your account or a billing account, we refund the part of each pack's price matching its money not yet spent, whatever the amount, if you ask within 60 days, unless we closed it for fraud or abuse of payment disputes. Suspending a workspace closes nothing. When you close a billing account, or it closes because you delete your account, its bought money is lost, and before deleting your account we tell you how much. Plan money is never refunded.
Free plans
The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Nothing is charged during a free trial either, so cancelling one before it ends costs nothing.
